An Inquisitor rarely walks the shadows of the Imperium alone. Around every bearer of the Rosette gathers a bespoke retinue of Acolytes—individuals plucked from the Astra Militarum, the Adeptus Arbites, schola progenium vaults, hive-city underworlds, and scholarly choirs. At the pinnacle of an Inquisitor's household stands the Interrogator, a senior apprentice tempered by decades of clandestine warfare and psychic interrogation who bears temporary authority to requisition Imperial forces and awaits elevation to the full rank of Inquisitor.
